The service was horrible! Our order for our sushi was lost TWICE, it took forever for sushi and no one seemed to take responsibility for the mistake. Our drinks were never offered to be refilled. I am appalled by the 10% service fee that is automatically placed on our bill, the service absolutely not worth it. Very disappointed by this restaurant I do not recommend it!!

Excellent however too expensive for children, perhaps could have a better pricing for children. Even those just above 4 feet don't eat as much and therefore not cost effective to include them in the dinner. Under 4 feet is 13.99 and above 4 feet is 19.99. Careful how your order and they will take their time to explain the items to you, whatever you do not eat you will have to pay 1.00 for each piece left behind. This does make sense and helps to make sure that there isn't lots of wasted food. Quality of the food was excellent! We enjoyed ourselves and will go back again.

Never eat their food. They put something that looked like pubes in my salad. Disgusting restaurant.

My wife and i have eaten sushi from texas to ottawa and between and have not found an all you can eat sushi that is tastier or fresher than ye's.The service is fair and courteous, and the restaurant is clean but the decor lacks any atmosphere. If you like lots of good food at a good price it is the place to go.

Their service is very poor, and when we were there the waitresses always gave us dirty looks (one in particular). They also cleaned off all of our utensils and plates without asking and then brought us more food AND then told us that we would have to pay for it if we didn't eat it.

Waterloo location- Good sushi, but not worth the hassle of waiting for your meal to come. Not only did they lose our list but they also skimped out on the quantity that we indicated throughout our whole dinner. To top that off, the man behind cash register asked us why we didn't tip as if we did something wrong!! First, there was VERY poor service, cut our portions in half- there were 4 of us! lost our order, took forever serving our meals and actually having the nerve to ask us why we didn't tip rather than apologizing for their extremely bad service!!! We are never going there again! I would rather pay twice the amount for my meal knowing I, along with my friends would enjoy our dining experience!
